If you are not fully satisfied with the XISOX Intranet software or the Web-based account, just notify us by email or fax that you don't want to continue using the software, for any reason, and we will immediately refund your money.
This guarantee applies for 30 days from purchase; and for the Intranet software, while the software is still running on a temporary key.
This 30-day Money Back guarantee does not apply to Template Documentations.
How the guarantee works?
The XISOX Intranet software is sold as a complete and fully functioning product, but with a temporary key set to expire in 30 days. During this period while the software is running on the temporary key, you can just stop using the software and get a refund. You don't have to ship anything back to us. Just send us an email or fax asking for a refund and we will give you your money back right away. No questions asked.
For the Web-based Account, just send us an email or fax asking for a refund and we will give you your money back right away. There are no refunds after 30 days.
What about the bundled template documentations?
Template documentations are not covered by this return guarantee because they are MS Word files that cannot be disabled after 30 days.
When you purchase the Intranet software or open a Web-based account with a bundled template documentation package (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949 or ISO 13485), you will receive the documentation in two versions: pre-loaded into XISOX; and as a separate, stand-alone product that you can use independently of XISOX. If you decide to stop using the software or close your account, you will still keep the stand alone template documentation package, and can use it for developing your quality or environmental management system independently of XISOX.
If your purchase includes a bundled template documentation package, we will subtract form your refund the full price of the package before any bundling discounts were applied.
